How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not Fystash. To request one:
1. Go to [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com)
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Find the Fystash purchase and tap Request a Refund
4. Select a reason and submit
Apple typically responds within a few days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel:
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap your name → Subscriptions
3. Find Fystash and tap Cancel Subscription
You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
My credits didn't update after a purchase. What do I do?
Go to Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. This syncs your active subscription and credit balance with your Apple ID. If the issue persists, contact us at [fystash.ai/support](https://www.fystash.ai/support) with your Apple receipt.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm. This is permanent and cannot be undone— all your data will be removed from our servers.
What plans does Fystash offer?

- Pro — Monthly or yearly. Highest limits for power users.
