Your web app (for coaches)
Start your web app
Open Web and answer up to five short questions, or skip any of them, and you get a first draft right away. If you would rather start from a designed look, open Manage, then Templates, or start from a blank page.
Change it by chatting
Tell Fystash what you want in your own words: new wording, another section, different colours. Each change shows in the preview and every change can be undone: press Undo, or open History in Manage to restore an earlier version.
Photos, videos and files
Open Files and drop in pictures, videos and PDFs, then ask Fystash to use them on your page.
Publish and share
Publish puts your site online at an address like your-name.cloud-fit.co, over https, in moments. To show a draft first, open Manage, then Share, and send the private link to anyone you like.
Messages from visitors
The contact form on your site sends what visitors write to Manage, then Messages, where you can read and delete it.
Use a domain you own
Open Manage, then Domains, and type a domain you own. Fystash shows the records to add where you bought it; press Check again until it says Live. You can remove the domain at any time and your cloud-fit.co address keeps working.
Take a site down
Open Manage, then Sites to rename a site, start another or delete one. A site you delete stops being served within about a minute.
Credits
Fystash uses credits from your plan. Settings shows where your credits went this month, and what is left.
Something on a website hosted by Fystash looks wrong or harmful? Report a site.
The Fystash app (for athletes)
Account
Fystash on iPhone signs you in with Apple. If you are locked out, or you want the account deleted, email support and include the Apple ID email on the account.
Fystash Pro
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. To cancel, open Settings, then Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Training
Your plan moves through PREP, Dynamic, and Power. Weights, plyometrics, track, recovery, and prehab sit on that same month. If a session will not open, force-quit Fystash and sign in again before you write to us.
Nutrition
The Nutrition tab is where meals, water, and the day total live. Logging a meal can ask the Nutrition Bot to read it. That uses the coach AI described in the privacy policy.
Coaches
Coaches sign in through the coach portal. Invitations, filming, and review stay inside Fystash. Athletes only see a coach they have been linked with.
