Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Fystash (fystash.ai, api.fystash.ai, and related APIs and sandboxes). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Fystash provides multi-agent sandbox infrastructure: organisations, API keys, rooms, Firecracker-backed sandboxes, fabric messaging, and related control-plane APIs. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts and API keys
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- API keys authenticate requests as your organisation. You are responsible for activity under your keys.
- Keys are shown once when created or rotated. Revoke unused keys from Account. Do not share keys in public repos or client-side code.
Credits and billing
- New organisations may receive one-time signup credits and optional card-bonus credits as described on Pricing. Credits burn while sandboxes run.
- When free credits are exhausted, create/resume may be blocked until you subscribe (Starter) or obtain more credits.
- Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Fees are as shown at checkout. Cancel anytime; you return to Free soft quotas and keep remaining balance (no second signup grant).
- Taxes may apply where required.
Acceptable use
You must not use Fystash to:
- Violate law or third-party rights
- Attack, probe, or disrupt systems you do not own or operate
- Mine cryptocurrency or run abusive high-intensity workloads without agreement
- Circumvent quotas, billing, or security controls
- Host malware, phishing, or child sexual abuse material
- Resell access in a way that misrepresents Fystash or harms other customers
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or risk to the platform.
Customer content
You retain rights to code and data you place in sandboxes and drives. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to use any content you upload.
Availability and beta
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, especially during early access.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fystash is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fystash and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim or (b) AUD $100.
Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
