The service

Fystash gives you a training plan, workout logging, nutrition logging, and coach tools. The app is published for iPhone. This website explains the product and is where these terms, the privacy policy, and consent settings live.

Accounts

You need an account to use the app. Sign-in can be with Apple. You are responsible for the activity on your account. You can ask us to delete it by emailing support@sortiri.ai. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Fystash Pro

Paid access is Fystash Pro, sold through Apple. A subscription renews each month or year until you cancel. Apple may offer a 7-day free trial. If you are eligible, payment is charged to your Apple ID when the trial ends. Otherwise it is charged when you confirm. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends in Settings, then Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Training, not treatment

Workouts, nutrition figures, and coach replies are for general fitness. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a promise of a result. Stop if something hurts and get advice from a qualified person.

Your content

You keep what you log and what you film. You give Fystash permission to store and show that content back to you, and to a coach you have chosen to work with, so the product can run. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

Coach AI

Team Chat and AI search send selected training facts to Sail Research and OpenRouter (Jev) so a coach can answer. That processing is explained in the app before you use it, and again in the privacy policy. It is not used to advertise to you.

The AI workspaces in the coach dashboard work in a similar way: what a coach types and attaches goes to AI models through OpenRouter, to the hosts the privacy policy names, and edits to a site or an app go to Sail Research, and the dashboard says so before the first message.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, break into it, scrape it, or use it to harm someone else. We can suspend access if we have to protect athletes, coaches, or the product.

Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. If you keep using Fystash after that, the new terms apply.
